All products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner Printful.

Because items are produced on demand:

  • Products are not pre-stocked

  • Slight variations in color, placement, or sizing may occur

  • Production begins immediately after purchase

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

We accept major payment methods including credit cards and installment-based payment options (BNPL) where available. These payment services are provided through third-party processors such as Stripe.

4. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including:

  • Product availability

  • Errors in pricing or product information

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping & Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled by our production partner and typically require:

  • 2–7 business days for production

  • Additional time for shipping depending on location

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Because all items are made to order:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or buyer’s remorse

  • We only replace or refund items that are:

    • Damaged

    • Defective

    • Incorrect

To request a replacement, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photo evidence

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, branding, and content are the property of The Artist and the Antidote and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.

Checkout Policy

ORDER Processing

All orders are processed after payment is successfully completed. Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent into production and cannot be modified or canceled.

Made-to-Order Products

All items are custom printed at the time of purchase. Please review product details, sizing, and shipping information carefully before completing your order.

Payment Options

We offer multiple payment methods, including installment-based payment options (BNPL) where available at checkout. These options are provided by third-party payment providers and are subject to their terms and approval.

Shipping

Shipping times vary based on location and carrier. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

Final Sale Policy

All sales are final due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, except in cases of damage or fulfillment error.
