Achieving your desired results may require extra sessions.
All sessions have a starting price that may increase based on factors like hair length, texture, necessary additional services.
An initial consultation is required for any services involving extensions before booking.
Services for clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late will be honored at the discretion of the provider.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as necessary.
Cancellations & modifications
The Artist & The Antidote
Cancellations with Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice or No-Show:
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or don’t show up, 100% of the service fee will be charged to the card on file. This fee is non-refundable and cannot be applied to a future appointment.
Emergency/Sick Cancellation:
We totally understand that life can be unpredictable! Each guest is allowed one emergency or sick cancellation per calendar year, which will be charged at 50% of the service fee.
This fee can be applied toward your rebooked session — however, if you choose not to reschedule, the amount is non-refundable.
Appointment Adjustments:
Need more time during your visit? Give us a call ahead of time — we’ll do our best to make it work!
Need less time? Please reach out at least 24 hours in advance. Reducing your service with less than 24 hours’ notice will be treated as a late cancellation.
Important Notes:
Not confirming your appointment does not count as canceling it. If you don’t confirm and don’t show, the no-show fee still applies.
After a late cancellation or no-show, we may require a 50% deposit to reserve your next appointment.
Please ensure your card on file is up to date. Any unpaid fees must be settled before rebooking.

Adjustments
We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our services. If you experience any concerns with your haircut or color, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment, and we will gladly address the issue at no extra cost within 14 days of your original service.
Kindly note that complimentary adjustments are not provided for changes in personal preferences or style direction after the service. Additional charges may apply.
