  • Achieving your desired results may require extra sessions.

  • All sessions have a starting price that may increase based on factors like hair length, texture, necessary additional services.

  • An initial consultation is required for any services involving extensions before booking.

  • Services for clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late will be honored at the discretion of the provider.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as necessary.


Cancellations & modifications

  • 48+ Hours Notice: If you need to cancel, just let us know at least 48 hours ahead. A 50% fee will be charged — but if you reschedule, it will be applied toward your next appointment!
    If you choose not to reschedule, the 50% fee is non-refundable.

  • 24 Hours Notice or No-Show: If you cancel within 24 hours or miss your appointment, 100% of the service fee will be charged, and this amount cannot be applied to a future service.

  • Emergency/Sick Cancellation: We understand that emergencies happen! You are allowed one emergency or sick cancellation per calendar year, with 50% of the service fee charged. This fee can be applied toward your rebooked session.

Need to Adjust Your Appointment?

  • Need more time? Call us ahead — we’ll do everything we can to make it happen!

  • Need less time? Please let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment so we can offer that time to someone on our waitlist.
    (Shortening your service with less than 48 hours’ notice will be treated as a late cancellation.)

A Few Quick Notes:

  • Not confirming your appointment does not cancel it — if you don't confirm and don't show, the no-show fee still applies.

  • After a late cancellation or no-show, we may require a 50% deposit to reserve your next appointment.

  • Please make sure your card on file is up to date!

  • Any unpaid fees must be taken care of before scheduling new services.

Adjustments

We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our services. If you experience any concerns with your haircut or color, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment, and we will gladly address the issue at no extra cost within 14 days of your original service.

Kindly note that complimentary adjustments are not provided for changes in personal preferences or style direction after the service. Additional charges may apply.
